AIM Tested Porn Star Approved

For some time now I have been getting involved with the porn industry after a several year hiatus.  I’ve been hanging out with some porn industry people, I figured since things do tend to happen.  I’d be safe and get AIM tested. (AIM = Adult Industry Medical).  This company approves most, if not all of the main stream ‘talent’ for work.  They also do counseling and what not.  They generally provide a great service to the ‘industry’.

So, I got tested and am all good.  No STD’s!  WOOT!~

Watch out world!

Such a Perv am I

Such a Perv am I

Living in a society where sex is repressed.
Living a life that must be checked.
Sometimes the feeling overwhelms.
Sometimes, it must be let out.

Such a Perv am I

I must come out.  I’ll wear this badge.

Such a Perv am I

I have no desire to conform.
Or a desire to reform.
I am happy with where I am at and who I am.

Such a Perv am I

So, I used to write poems often in my younger drug and non drug induced days.  Somewhere along the way, the ability to do so went into hibernation.  The other day, I was sitting at my computer talking to a friend and typed “Such a Perv am I” into IM or something like that.  All of a sudden, the above started spewing out of me.  :)

I am glad….

Sexploration, Los Angeles, and Updates

I have not had time to do the re-do of the site, but I wanted to write some updates of interesting things going on in my life.

A couple of months ago, through a friend of mine, I was asked to speak at a college club about my views on life and sexuality.  I have since met and have had my initial talk with the Sexploration Club at Citrus College in California.  This was a great experience for me.  Since I ‘live’ outside the realm of how normal people live and think about sexuality, I was able to see how some ‘normal’ people views are.  I was also able to share my thoughts and opinions and was quite surprised at how open they were to listening to my views.  I am planning several return trips since we were not able to cover all of their questions.  I hope to bring other people from my ‘world’ to talk to them as well.   I think it’s great that a club like this exists and promotes tolerance and openess especially in the realm of sexuality.

We’ve been moving forward with our Los Angeles migration.  Andrew and I have been out in L.A. on and off for the last month or so.  We’ve been heading home to Vegas on weekends.  Things are progressing.  I have decided that I am definitely a “Westside” person.  I like the Venice, Santa Monica, and Marina Del Rey areas.  I am definitely not a “Valley”, “Orange County”, or “Eastside” type.  So, we’re concentrating our efforts in the west area.  We’re finding some good places, now it will be time to make a decision.

On the site, I’ve noticed that a lot of the information that I have on here is dated.  On the re-design, I plan to completely re-write some of the sections, plus include some sections on my views on life, love, family, and sex.

Stay tuned.  Same Bat channel…..

Well, I am still working on technochubby.  I have been really short on time lately.  I have like 5 new projects I am working on.  I have been in the westside of L.A. area for a couple weeks.  Going back and forth to Vegas.  I miss the family, my son especially.  This is now the longest period of time we have not been able to be in the same room.  I was going to say see each other, but we’ve been video conferencing everyday.

My son rocks!

I am still planning on re-initializing the site this weekend and giving these posts a new URL.  However, I need to get my yearly maintenance done on the servers.  (TIME TIME TIME….   I need more time!!!!   Argghhhh)

Moving Forward

For quite some time now (almost 2 years), I have not been blogging about the deeper stuff that matters to me.  How I feel about things and how I look at life.  This has been largely due to some legal issues my “adult industry” life has been going through.

Now that we have been cleared of any wrong-doing,  it’s going to be time to get this site back on track.  As you have noticed, I have been blogging about my other love, technology on this site.  Moving forward, all my technology related posts will be going to www.TechnoChubby.com.

I will be re-initializing this site as well.  Don’t worry, my old blog posts or the “old” site will still be available. I just want to start with a “clean slate” so to speak.

I am not sure how quickly this will happen.  I hope to get this done within a week, but it might take a month or so.  I am juggling a move, and other things in life at the moment.  I just wanted to let you all know what was coming :)

I’ve been doing various videos for some of the stuff I have been doing for fun, they’re all in those 3 categories.

Well, we’ve had our iPhone 2.0 almost a month now.  That error I got in my previous post did not repeat once I woke up.  I did not do the follow up video because there was a lot of sensitive content.

We’ve been dealing with life and playing World of Warcraft.  We’ve got our old guild Order of Z going again.  www.orderofz.com

I’ve been testing out some multi-boxing.  I did a few videos and those are on the Order of Z website.

We’re still working on getting out of Vegas.  We’re on track for that as well sometime later this year.

Well, that’s it for now.

iPhone 2.0 Line in Las Vegas/Henderson

So, Angel and I decided to wait out the iPhone.  We drove around to the Apple Store at Town Square and it was dead around midnight.  We found out that they are not allowing people to wait and will be allowing people to get there at 5AM.

We drove by the AT&T store just east of Paradise on Flamingo, and there was nobody there.  The AT&T store at Pecos and Flamingo had people waiting.  One guy had been there since 6:30PM.

We then went to our neighborhood AT&T store, it’s at Eastern & Serene in Henderson NV.  There were about 15 people in line, so we rushed home, grabbed the laptop. Went back to wait in line,  we’re about 20 people back.

It’s 2 AM now, and we have one more person that is behind us.  Vibe is good.

We’re watching Leo Laporte’s live feed at http://www.stickam.com/leolaporte we sent him an email to see if he wants to pull a feed from us to broadcast.

Should be good if he does.  I got some pictures, I’ll get some posted soon.

Happy 4th of July everyone!   Today also marks my 10 year anniversary with Angel.  We got married on July 4th, 1998.  Wow, 10 YEARS.

So for our 10 year, I decided to do something a little different.  I had stars named for Angel and I.  We got a dual star grouping one for her and one for me.  The cluster is named “TheJoe and AngelGirl 10 Years Together”.

We got these really cool Certificates and a star map etc etc.  I will add the pictures of them when we can get a large format scanner.  They are like 11×17.  So, I’ll get them scanned in and posted soon.

Happy 4th Everyone!

Mac Zealots – An understanding

You know for years, I had been on the PC platform.  I was originally a Mac user, but in 1989 I made the general switch to the PC world.  Now, I am back on the mac platform and I am loving it.

One of the other points I would like to make, is that I have always been OS independent.  I believe that you use what OS that you need to get the job done properly and efficiently. I have always had an issue with those “evangelistic” types that were so pro mac or pro windows.

So, here I am on a plane and watching people bring out their laptops and see a lot of PC laptops.  I sat here watching someone’s windows based machine begin to resume and hang.  Yet another PC start up and take a considerable amount of time to load and get to where they want to be on their computer.

Witnessing these events, I pull out my Macbook Pro.  Turn it on and am able to write these ideas down within seconds of pushing the power button.

I now see why mac users have been so gung-ho.  It just works.
