Proper provider experience Part 2

In a previous post “What a proper experience with a provider should be“, I put up some high points on what a “Girl Friend Experience” should be.  In that post, my focus was on the technique.  Since that post, I have had several conversations with my wife, and other providers, and have realized that I missed a key element, the “experience” itself.

The one key element I have missed is the “girl friend” or companion part.  What separates Kristen from other providers, aside from hitting the “functional” points brought up in my previous post, is that she is able to make me FEEL like she is my girlfriend or companion the ENTIRE time I am with her.  This is the main reason why I felt compelled to write about my experience with her.

This is THE rare quality that I believe certain providers posses and most cannot achieve.

What gave me this light bulb is simple.  Angel said to me this morning…  “[When with a client] the SEX is easy.”

To clarify, it’s easy to fulfill the points in the list I made in my other post.  I think anyone could do that.  But what makes the session is the time spent not having sex.  How that time is filled up, if it’s awkward or uncomfortable, then it’s not good.  Both Kristen and Angel’s talents are the ability to make you FEEL like they genuinely care about you and being there with you.   This my friends, is what GFE truly is.

Santa Monica now Venice later

I’ve been spending most of my time these last few months in Santa Monica.  Andrew and I were renting a weekly room for a while and it was working out well.  However, I found a nice one bedroom place that was very affordable so I decided to get it.  It’s saving us about 300/month over the weekly and it’s a full apartment with a garage :) .  Good Stuff!

We’re still planning the larger move to Venice some time this year.  Regardless of what happens, we plan on keeping the place in Santa Monica (it’s a hell of a deal).

Draylan’s been out of school on track break for most of the month (he’s in a year round school).  He’s been hanging out with me here in L.A.  It’s been nice to have him around.  Angel has been heading back and forth between Vegas and here.  We’re still in a sort of “limbo” and can’t be around each other all the time and it sucks, but we’re definitely moving forward.

I’ve been spending the last month getting things situated with the new place.  I build a majority of our furniture.  (I’ll be posting some pics on facebook soon)  I like to get things organized.

Moving forward, being down here will allow me to get some of these new projects off the ground. Projects like mostlyBi, Such a Perv, and Bald in Venice.  I am teetering on resurrecting Sin City Sin, but might just bring back Happy Fornicator instead.  Draylan starts school again next week and things are settling here, so I’ll be able to get some work done with these projects soon.

Anyways, I just wanted to give you guys a heads up on what’s been going on :)

What a proper experience with a provider should be

My wife has been a “provider” for just over 10 years now.  I have been a “hobbyist” for about 20 years.  My wife was not a provider when we met, this was something she got into after we were married.  It was something she wanted to try on her own accord and I supported her. Really, I am not a jealous person.

““Love” is that condition in which the happiness of another person is essential to your own… Jealousy is a disease, love is a healthy condition. The immature mind often mistakes one for the other, or assumes that the greater the love, the greater the jealousy.” — Robert A. Heinlein

I preface this post with that paragraph because I have not “sessioned” with my wife.  But, I know the caliber of service she provides.  As a hobbyist, I have learned to use her as the bar in which I would rate other providers.  I believe she exemplifies what a true GFE “Girl Friend Experience” should be.   She has many reviews that state such.

What I classify as a good experience, or a proper “Girl Friend Experience” is:

  1. There should never be any discussion of money or time once the session begins
  2. It should feel comfortable and not rushed
  3. Kissing should be allowed (at least to LFK – beyond should be determined by passion/chemistry)
  4. Blow Jobs should be done uncovered (I have never had a girl friend that blew me with a condom)
  5. You should be allowed to go down on the provider (DATY)
  6. If there are awkward moments, the provider should handle it gracefully and with tact. (equipment failure, condom use, etc)
  7. During the session, you should not be interrupted with cell phone use/answering by either party.
  8. The session should last the full duration of the time requested/compensated
  9. At the end, the provider should offer a warm cloth to clean “the mess” or offer to shower together.
  10. It should end with some pleasant conversation and a warm hug/kiss.

These classifications and expectations come from personal experience and discussions with my wife on her techniques.  From what I know, she meets all of the above and then some.

Every once in a while, I still dabble in the hobby.  I’ll make an appointment and session with a provider.  I’ve had some good experiences and most are so so.   I do my due diligence and read reviews, after all, I do look for value for my money.  I try to see how well the reviews stack up to my list of requirements.

Usually, my experiences with a provider fall short.  Some miss several points, but most miss one or two.

However, I met a provider tonight that for me, met all of the above.  I have to admit, I was a bit leary with the “gamer” girl attitude and the youth.  Normally, providers 30+ are the ones that will meet the above criteria.  She’s  23, with great rates, and attitude.  I honestly had a really good time with her.

She’s very careful about her screening process. (as is my wife)  If you are interested in knowing more about her, please visit her site at (site removed since she no longer offers services)

I look forward to introducing her to my wife :)

I miss my wife and my son

Yesterday was the first full day that I am not certain when I will see my wife and my son again.  I’ve gone ahead to the Los Angeles area to make the final preparations of our move to the Venice Beach area.  Andrew and I are staying in a temporary place in Santa Monica during this time.

I realized a few weeks ago that this move is different from our previous moves because we are taking our time to find just the “right” place.  (We have very specific criteria in what and where that place will be)

The upside of doing it this way, is that I know that we’ll find a place that we will want to be in for some time.  The down side of this is that I will be separated from the two most important people to me for an indefinite period of time.  I am out here and my son and wife are back in Vegas.

I miss them already.  Yeah sure, we use modern technology to maintain contact.  We video conference almost everyday.  It’s just not the same as being around them every day.

This state of flux that we’re in is affecting my sleep and concentration.  However, I know that we’ll be together again soon and moving forward with yet another chapter in our lives.

I miss waking up and hearing my son playing with his bakugan and his laugh.  I miss sitting and talking to my wife about our plans and hearing her advice on decisions I need to make.  I miss their proximity.

Last days as a Vegas resident

This is the last week that I will be a Las Vegas resident.  It’s been a long time coming.  We’re moving to the Venice Beach area in Los Angeles.  Fun fun!

This move for us is different than our last moves.  We’re actually taking our time and it’s really boring.  LOL  Normally, we get everything packed and moved within a couple days.  We’ve been packing for 2 weeks now.

The other major difference is that we’re getting rid of the majority of our stuff.  (about 90%)  We’ve been sorting through about 8 to 10 years of accumulated “stuff”.  It’s amazing how much stuff you never use just sits around.  We’ve given away a lot and most of what we have left is accounted for.

I think my cousin Vince scored the most. He got my 1 year old 60 inch Sony projection TV, xbox 360, ps3, and one of our Tivo HD’s.  Plus he got first dibs on all the computer gear we are not keeping.  Oh, his dad and he got all my DVD’s 30 boxes of about 2000 dvd’s total.  I’d say that’s a score.

We’re hoping that within a few years to be doing a lot of travelling.  This is one of the reasons for our major pair-down.  Plus, like I mentioned before, it’s just time to get new shit.

So, this is my last full true week as a resident of Las Vegas.  Sunday, the 8th is my birthday.  That is also the day that I will be a resident of the Los Angeles area again.

Good Times!

The stripper said “Stick your finger in my ass”

For a few weeks now, I’ve been heading back to a local strip club here in Las Vegas that I used to frequent often.  I don’t drink anymore, but I have had some fond memories at strip clubs.  I’ve made some good friends and acquaintances over the years.

I’ve also done about everything imaginable in them.  I’ve had sex, recieved a blow job, and done more than your average Joe in one.   With that said, I have finally done something that I never done before in a strip club: Stuck my finger in a strippers ass.  (Don’t get me wrong, I’ve done it at home, just never in the club)

Here’s how it happened…..

Matt Mullenweg and Wordcamp Las Vegas

Matt Mullenweg Mike, Andrew, and I went to Wordcamp Las Vegas last Saturday.  It was a two day thing. We only had time to attend the first day.  (It’s all good,  we really just wanted to see Matt lol)

He had a lot of things to say about the state of WordPress. (my favorite web engine – it’s not just a blog engine anymore)  He talked about the history of WordPress and it’s rising from it’s B2 roots.  Boy, that brought back some memories.  I’d been following WordPress since 1.0 and installed it just before 1.5 came out.

He talked about WordPress MU and some I got some good ideas from that.

All in all it was a good speech and it affirmed my choice to stick with WordPress.

Here is his presentation:

I apologize for the video/audio quality. (we didn’t do this one – lol) It looked like it was shot with a logitech webcam and not sure what the mic was, but it doesn’t seem to be uni-directional.
