Santa Monica now Venice later

I’ve been spending most of my time these last few months in Santa Monica.  Andrew and I were renting a weekly room for a while and it was working out well.  However, I found a nice one bedroom place that was very affordable so I decided to get it.  It’s saving us about 300/month over the weekly and it’s a full apartment with a garage .  Good Stuff!

We’re still planning the larger move to Venice some time this year.  Regardless of what happens, we plan on keeping the place in Santa Monica (it’s a hell of a deal).

Draylan’s been out of school on track break for most of the month (he’s in a year round school).  He’s been hanging out with me here in L.A.  It’s been nice to have him around.  Angel has been heading back and forth between Vegas and here.  We’re still in a sort of “limbo” and can’t be around each other all the time and it sucks, but we’re definitely moving forward.

I’ve been spending the last month getting things situated with the new place.  I build a majority of our furniture.  (I’ll be posting some pics on facebook soon)  I like to get things organized.

Moving forward, being down here will allow me to get some of these new projects off the ground. Projects like mostlyBi, Such a Perv, and Bald in Venice.  I am teetering on resurrecting Sin City Sin, but might just bring back Happy Fornicator instead.  Draylan starts school again next week and things are settling here, so I’ll be able to get some work done with these projects soon.

Anyways, I just wanted to give you guys a heads up on what’s been going on
