I wish I could convince my coworkers of this. I've been doing the work-at-home thing for about a year now and I can't stand everyone needing my absolute undivided attention before they'll get around to the meat of their issue. "yt?" (You there) "ping" "Got a minute?" "Can I ask you a question?" If I ignore them they never get an answer. They don't even bother to send an email after. The issues apparently disappear into the ether. You are spot-on. I wish I could convince my coworkers of this.
